You Can Gain some more height by doing exercises, along with proper diet and better sleeping at night.
You can do these exercises as part of your daily routine.
Better to do stretches on morning and evening for better results. For beginners do at morning or evening. At beginning you can do 2-3 times for each exercise later you can increase no. times as you can.

There are so many stretches to grow taller that you can't deal all at once. So I am giving some of the most effective stretches.

Each stretching exercise you should be Lie for some seconds in each set.
Example: 3-10 seconds must be last
From the beginning don't be Lie on for more seconds (10 Sec). Try to do from low (3) and increase gradually.
Here are the some Grow taller stretching exercises

Basic Leg Stretch:

!) This will works for your spine and legs.
!) First sit down on the floor then spread your legs.
!) Try to keep your knees straight and down your head while holding toes with your hands.
!) Now do same for the other leg.
!) keep your spine straight and move your hips while you do.
Each set should be lie for 6-15 seconds.


Super Stretch and Touch Toes:

!) Stand as slightly back and raise your hands up.
!) Then bend and try to touch your toes with your hands.
!) Remember keep your knees straight while you do. At first time you can bend a little.
Each set should be lie for 2-5 seconds.


Basic Twist:

!) Stand and put your arms straight at shoulder level.
!) Then twist your upper body only from right to left
!) Don't let your lower body twist.
Each side twist should lie for 2-5 seconds.


Cobra Stretching:

!) Lie on the floor with palms under your shoulders.
!) Then lets your head and upper body (spine) go up as far back as you can.
Each set should be lie for 5-30 seconds.


Super Cobra:

!) Lie on the floor with palms, then do as cobra.
!) After then bend your hips and body up side like "?" and Return to the original position.
Each set should be lie for 10-20 seconds.


Cat Stretch:

!) Get position like a cat with your arms, and knees.
!) Head down and slowly raise up with your lower neck with chest while exhaling.
!) Then Inhale as your spine down and bring your head up.
Each set should be lie for 3-10 seconds.


The Bridge:

!) Lye down with your back as a flat on the floor and grab your ankle and hold with your hands.
!) Lift your hips and abs upside and arch your spine as possible as you can, then back down.
Each set should be lie for 3-10 seconds.


Acrobat:

!) Lye your back and bent your hands back a side of your head with the palms.
!) Then raise yourself up as high as possible by pushing down your feet and hands.
Each set should be lie for 8-15 seconds.


Straight Leg Up:

!) Lying on your stomach on the floor and place your hands behind your neck
!) Raise one of your leg up as high. Now do with the other leg.
!) Keep your legs straight while you do.
Each set should be lie for 3-6 seconds.

Other stretches like...
Bow Down, Bench Stretch, Yawn stretches, Bowl stretches, Hands on the Head Bow Down, Sky Stretch, Lower Body Slant, Upper Body Slant, Wall Stretch, Two Straight Legs Up, Downhill stretches also helpful.

But you can't do all. Just enough to do what i share before stretches to grow taller.

And also other things you can do like...
Hanging, playing basketball, Sit-ups straight, swimming, cycling, skipping, running, and yoga etc... For better results. You can do those are all as your daily habit.
